Well I haven't been sick in a fairly good amount of time but I now have the flu. Everyone please go get your flu shots if you have a bad history of getting sick easily. I forgot how miserable being sick is.

You know what I do to put I little more kick in a challenge. I attempted the cinnamon challenge tonight except I didn't use cinnamon, I used Cayenne Pepper and dominated that shit. YEA!!!

Well I went to sleep at 12 this evening and woke up around 8 tonight with a killer headache. So I'm pretty much up for the rest of the night and my family made some very spicy spaghetti!
